All specifications must be finalized and approved by you before production starts; changes requested after this stage may incur additional costs and delays. Because each item is unique, all custom product sales are final, and cancellations are not accepted once the manufacturing process has begun. We provide a limited warranty covering workmanship and materials but are not liable for damage resulting from misuse or unapproved modifications.
